SAI-HUB is Spectro-AI’s central software platform for autonomous inspections, drone operations and AI-powered data analysis. The platform brings mission planning, live operations, AI detection, evidence collection and data management together in a single operational environment.

SAI-HUB can be configured for a wide range of operational scenarios. With SAI-HUB RC, supported DJI Enterprise drones can be operated manually or autonomously. SAI-HUB DD is designed for DJI Dock 2 and Dock 3, enabling the planning and monitoring of recurring, fully autonomous missions. SAI-HUB VID processes supported live camera streams and applies AI detection algorithms directly to video data.

Mission templates enable the rapid creation of repeatable inspection routes, including patrols, linear inspections, area inspections, Points of Interest and 360° captures. Recurring missions can be scheduled automatically, helping organizations standardize and automate routine inspections.

Integrated AI algorithms can analyze RGB and thermal imagery to detect relevant objects and conditions. Detected events can be recorded together with images, video, coordinates, timestamps and flight data, creating structured and traceable inspection results that can be further processed or integrated into existing workflows.

Combined with Brain-Box, SAI-HUB enables fully local data processing and storage. Mission data, images, video, detections and logs can be processed and stored directly on site, without requiring a public internet connection for core operations. This gives organizations greater control over their data and operational infrastructure.

SAI-HUB can also connect with existing systems through APIs and webhooks. External sensors can, for example, send configured events to SAI-HUB and automatically trigger a drone mission. The resulting inspection data can then be returned to connected systems for further processing.

The DockWatch Trailer brings fully autonomous drone operations to virtually any location your vehicle can reach. Designed as a secure, mobile enclosure for the DJI Dock 2 and Dock 3, it allows autonomous drone missions to be deployed without the need for permanent infrastructure.

When inactive, the DJI Dock is safely enclosed and protected inside the trailer. When a mission begins, the trailer automatically opens, allowing the dock to launch and operate without manual setup. After the mission, the dock returns to the trailer and is secured against weather, tampering and external exposure.

The system combines autonomous drone operations with on-premises AI processing, local data storage and remote monitoring through SAI-HUB. Integrated climate control keeps the dock, batteries and onboard systems within optimal operating conditions, while a weather station provides real-time environmental data for autonomous go/no-go decisions.

For additional situational awareness, the trailer features integrated HD PTZ cameras with 360-degree coverage and night vision, as well as an OpenAir Multitrack Receiver for monitoring nearby manned and unmanned aircraft.

Available in standard and dual configurations, the DockWatch Trailer can support a single DJI Dock or two docks for continuous 24/7 autonomous coverage. Solar power, high-capacity battery storage, WiFi 6 connectivity and integrated support legs make it suitable for remote, temporary and semi-permanent deployments.
