Spur Gear Motors
Spur geared motors use straight-cut spur gears for power transmission. Simple structure, low manufacturing cost and easy maintenance. They deliver stable torque for low-to-medium load applications. Limitation: Higher operation noise at high speed, not suitable for heavy shock loads. Common uses: Small household appliances, vending machines, miniature conveying equipment.

Helical Gear Motors
Helical gear motors adopt inclined helical gears. The teeth engage gradually, resulting in smoother rotation, lower noise and stronger load capacity compared with spur gears. Higher transmission efficiency and longer service life. Common uses: Automation conveyors, medical equipment, office machinery, precision small drive systems.

Bevel Gear Motors
Bevel gear motors transmit power between intersecting shafts (usually 90° right-angle output). They change rotation direction while transferring torque, saving installation space for vertical layout. Common uses: Equipment requiring corner power output, smart equipment, special automation actuators.
