STALICO® Observa provides surveillance in locations where even large numbers of people pass through: gates and passages, garages, platforms, nuisance detection in parks, fly-tipping, temporary speed checks, and more. STALICO® Observa is extremely compactly built so that it even fits into a passenger elevator with a pallet truck. In contrast to STALICO® Detect, the tower of STALICO® Observa goes up to 4.4 metres high and a full camera bracket is possible for large PTZ cameras for example.
STALICO® Observa can be equipped with full-fledged cameras or detection systems around the head of the tower with a communication hub in the spacious electrical cabinet for full 360° detection. Cabling is placed inside the telescopic tower to prevent vandalism.
Optionally, STALICO® Observa can be equipped with two convenient removable solar panels of 200Wp per panel. Inside, there is just enough space to install a fuel cell and battery pack/UPS to guarantee full autonomy throughout the year.
The tower is stable and can be easily erected by one person up to 4.4 metres high depending on the application. Four extendable supports are provided to withstand a wind load of 85km/h.
STALICO® Observa can be moved with a trolley or pallet truck but can also be lifted with two lifting eyes or transported with the STALICO® Transporter.
STALICO® Observa can be personalized along four sides with branding and customer's name for commercial purposes.

GR Technics has been in business for twenty years, and this was celebrated with staff, customers and suppliers. The two-day celebration concluded with the major networking event organised by Ondernemend Beerse, attended by 330 entrepreneurs and partners in the company. Gunter Roefs, the company's co-founder, announced that he is passing on the torch as CEO of GR Technics to Xavier van Mierloo. ‘In 2024, I hired an engineer who was also very commercially minded and had a talent for team leadership. Xavier van Mierloo from Vlimmeren immediately got to grips with the ins and outs of
our organisation. It seemed that it was meant to be and that Xavier was the right candidate to be my right-hand man,’ says Gunter Roefs.
Twenty-year anniversary
"I decided to offer him the position of CEO. Our twenty-year anniversary was the perfect moment to confirm this to the public. To run such a large company on your own, you make yourself very vulnerable within your own company. Xavier will continue to put GR Technics on the map and internationalise our mobile Stalico systems. I will be taking things a little easier, but I will remain as co-founder. As strategic manager, I will continue to support the organisation and remain the owner of all the buildings."
