The Datafox KYO Fourloc is a reliable and user-friendly access control system that is easy to install and effortless to operate. With this solution, you can monitor up to four star-connected doors thanks to a reliable changeover contact and a monitored input. The KYO Fourloc is equipped with a comprehensive status display that shows you the status of your doors and alarm systems in real time. A total of 21 LEDs, including 4 for the device status, 4 for the RS485 connection to access readers, 6 for the relays and 7 for digital inputs, provide you with clear information about the status of your access control system at all times.
For additional security, an optional tamper sensor can be connected to one of the digital inputs. This increases the security of your access control system. The KYO Fourloc offers various communication options, including a USB interface, LAN connection and RS485 interfaces. These enable reliable and secure communication within your system. Datafox EVO 3.5 Universal IP66 and IP69K , Datafox offers a terminal for use in the most demanding conditions. The housing and connection cable comply with protection classes IP66 and IP69K and can even withstand high-pressure cleaners with hot water.
With its slimline format, the time & access terminal also fits perfectly in - or on - charging stations and the like. During development, we placed great emphasis on simple setup and operation. That's why the Cenloc is equipped with a color TFT display with touch, which makes setup and test functions much easier during commissioning thanks to simple menu navigation. It also provides event messages and system information for faster diagnostics and better understanding.
Like all Datafox devices, we also have a modular system here: a separate connection module is provided for each door. This contains the RS485 reader interface, the relay for the door opener and a monitored input for a door contact. This means that the KYO Cenloc can be equipped to suit the individual task. In the event of overvoltage damage or a defect caused by external influences, no costly repairs are necessary. This is because the modules can be easily replaced on site.
The access control panel can therefore also “grow”. As long as it is not yet fully equipped, additional modules can simply be retrofitted for further doors. Thanks to plug-in modules, this can be done by the user himself.
The Datafox KYO Cenloc is available in three versions:
The Datafox KYO Oneloc completely revolutionizes and simplifies the setup of access control solutions. It can be flexibly connected to the network via Ethernet or RS485 and installed either as an "access control unit" or "door module."
The technician decides on-site how the KYO Oneloc should be used and can set the operating mode using simple software via USB. For each door, only the small access control unit and an access reader are required, resulting in minimal planning effort and minimal inventory.
Integration, management, and control of each door in the network, whether online or offline, can be quickly and easily realized. Installation is straightforward in a standard flush-mounted box or a special surface-mounted box.
Powerful & flexible access control - that's the DATAFOX KYO INLOC.
The KYO Inloc was developed for powerful and flexible access control. The device works for increased access security via RFID transponders, biometrics and/or PIN entry at the connected access readers instead of normal keys. The KYO Inloc can also be easily used as a long-range RFID solution with a reading range of up to 10 meters.
If the RFID badge is lost, it is not necessary to replace all the door locks, only the respective badge needs to be blocked. Tampering is therefore virtually impossible. Based on the Datafox embedded system and equipped with the latest technology, data is captured quickly and accurately and transferred promptly to further processing systems. The device can control the doors online and offline and also in combination.
The digital inputs monitor the doors, e.g. to trigger an alarm if they fail to close after access.
For large systems, several KYO Inloc units can be accommodated in a central electronics cabinet and thus supplied centrally with power and network. The device can be integrated into any IT solution using setup and communication tools from Datafox.
The EVO 3.5 Pure time & access terminal is the alternative for price-conscious customers. It sets new standards in the price/performance ratio without any functional restrictions. Time recording, order time recording and access control up to 8 doors are supported. The appearance of the EVO 3.5 Pure is adapted to the EVO 4.3 premium terminal and the EVO IPCs, thus rounding off the device series at the lower end of the price range.

Billing, calculations or other evaluations can be carried out promptly and processes can be tracked, controlled and optimized in a targeted manner.
