Hacker attacks are present in all media at the moment: In Germany alone, cyber attacks on German companies cause a damage total of around Euro 13 billion per year — with an upward tendency. security essen will react to this development. With the new hall 8, for the first time security essen is dedicating an entire hall to the topics of cyber security and commercial trade protection. A top-class expert conference - also to be held in hall 8 - will put further emphasis on this range of topics. In cooperation with the Federal Office for Information Security and the Federal Association of Security Technology, highly relevant issues will be presented to the international participants.
