The cloud-based access control from nubicon combines the advantages of existing systems with the flexibility of the cloud. The software is accessible via any browser, on any internet-enabled device, and can thus be accessed flexibly, at any time and from anywhere. At the same time, the security of on-premises systems (networked systems installed on site) is guaranteed, as the data is stored locally. Thus, the system remains functional - even if the connection of the hardware to the cloud fails.

We are a start-up developing software for time and attendance and access control systems since 2020. The nubicon has emerged from an established, medium-sized company that has specialized in security technology since 1997.
By developing the system from scratch, we create a solution based on the latest technical components. In this way, we meet today's requirements for flexibility and user-friendliness while taking into account legal requirements (e.g. GDPR) and the highest security standards.
Whether one component of our system or both - Use exclusively the nubicon time and attendance, only the nubicon access control or both as a combined solution.
Whether simple or complex - Both components are available in basic, plus and pro. You need a complex time and attendance system, but an access control system with few requirements? That is also possible. To best meet your requirements, different expansion stages can be combined in time and attendance and access control (e.g. access control pro with time basic).
Whether in our data center or in your company - our software can be installed either in our certified data center in Germany or at a cloud provider of your choice. And for all those who prefer the installation on their own server, the software can also be installed on one.
