NSBox-UPS-xx uninterruptible power supplies are devised to provide a reliable operation of outdoor video surveillance and access control systems, wireless networks and other monitoring and control systems. The unit is mounted in enclosure with IP66 protection and ideally suited for video cameras and access points located outdoors.

The basic kit includes the original UPS with batteries 7Ah or 12Ah, a mounting plate with DIN-Rails, terminal blocks, a circuit breaker, a set of sealed cable glands and the microclimate system. NSBox-UPS-xx is a completed product for installation and operation in the most adverse environmental conditions with wall or pillar mount.

The main distinguishing feature of these units is the possibility of installing any additional equipment inside the cabinet, which already has the microclimate system. These can be PoE switches, PoE injectors, cellular Gateway, any registration or monitoring systems.

High-Power PoE Extender NRP-192PRi is devised to extend connection distances from PSE to PD another 100 m via Cat5e or Cat6 cable. The transmission is carried out at a distance of 200 to 500 meters or more by cascading these extenders to a daisy chain. The built-in booster compensates for the voltage drop (48VDC) on the twisted pair in case of cascading. Similar repeaters of other manufacturers do not have this characteristic, so the use of more than two such repeaters in the chain is impossible.

Industrial network components

The compact high-performance FAN HEATER prevents formation of condensation and provides an evenly distributed interior air temperature in enclosures. It has clip for DIN Rail mounting.
The heating element is made on the basis of a self-regulating cable. The temperature of the heating element does not exceed 65°C, which ensures maximum safety and energy efficiency. The original design of the cable fastening does not allow individual turns to touch each other, which allows maintaining the maximum heat transfer.
The heater and fan are connected to the electrical circuit using two screw terminals. The NSBox Heating is suitable for all types of panels and enclosures.

Outdoor Video Surveillance systems / Microclimate components

To prevent heat accumulation and to remove dissipated heat out of the enclosure FILTER FANs can be used as an effective and low cost alternative. It helps to increase an operational reliability and a service life for enclosed electrical and electronic systems.
Filter fans will cool enclosures to a level slightly above the ambient temperature outside the cabinet. To cool enclosure contents, the fans draw filtered ambient air into the cabinet. At the same time, the heated air within the cabinet is blown out an exhaust. The exhaust is also filtered which creates airflow resistance and a slightly higher pressure inside the enclosure.
Vandal-proof Filter Fans series NSBon-19 are devised for mounting in cabinets and dissipating the heat building up inside the enclosure. Filter Fans are made in a vandal-proof housing and are available in three versions.

Outdoor Video Surveillance systems / Microclimate components

The indoor lighting kit NSBon-06 is suitable for all types of panels and enclosures. The kit allows to execute repair electrical works (replacement of an Ethernet switch, power supply, batteries) on the installed facility at any time of the day. The system is equipped with a separate circuit breaker. For safe work, you should turn off the main power of the enclosure and all equipment. By default, the lamps are installed in the niches of the top and bottom walls of the cabinet. If necessary, it can be moved to another location. The kit consists of the following components:
•One or two LED lamps in metal frame with a reflector
•Magnets for mounting the lamp to a metal surface
•Circuit breaker and set of wires

Thermoelectric Cooling Systems (TCS) are designed to divert an excess heat from the electronic equipment installed inside an enclosure with IP66 protection. TCS is a thermoelectric module, working on the basis of the Peltier effect. There are many advantages of TCS over conventional compressor:
- TCS can be controlled electronically
- TCS are easily reversible by reversing the polarity of Power supply
- TCS can work in the most adverse environmental conditions:
- in high ambient temperatures or heavily polluted ambient air
- in application with vibrations or strong accelerations
NSBox Cooling allows to maintain the set temperature in a closed volume of NSBox in high ambient temperatures. It must be necessary in regions with a hot climates, for a long batteries life of UPS, when installing of conventional client equipment.

The NSBox access Nodes are devised for the organization of protected outdoor video surveillance systems. The NSBox has equipment inside the enclosure that provides protection and reliable operation of the IP cameras and switching IP-video traffic to the processing and storage center via fiber optic or wireless network.
The NSBox is a completed product for installation and operation in any climates, which is immediately switched on in the operating mode. The device has one 220VAC external power line, up to 16 Ethernet ports for connecting IP video cameras, wireless access points or other PoE equipment and up to 4 Uplink Ethernet for communication with another access nodes or an aggregation center.
NSBox access Nodes are ideal solution for time-saving deployment of Ethernet network required for IP surveillance in outdoor applications such as highways, traffic light poles, parking lots surveillance, parks, hotels, stadiums, police departments, seaports, airports, etc.
