Hikvision Deep Learning Solution

Hikvision Deep Learning Solution

In this ever-expanding era of Surveillance Data Technology, deep intelligence will become the foundation for the security industry. Technologies that “learn” will become more common and more powerful. This trend will strengthen security efforts in every sphere. Now, Hikvision’s DeepinView Cameras and DeepinMind NVRs will lead the way in this new world of surveillance technology by making invisible intelligence visible for users, and then putting that intelligence to good use.

  • Facial Detection software will analyze images and determine the presence of a human face. After Detection, the system captures its position, size, and expression. Unique characteristics obtained from this information can be compared to a database and identified, with innumerable application possibilities.
  • The False Alarm Filter enables the system to perform secondary recognition for human targets in behavioral detection events (line crossing detection, intrusion detection), effectively reducing the false alarms caused by shaking leaves, shadows, light variations, vehicles, small animals.
  • The People Counting function counts people entering, exiting and passing by a specific scene, such as in entries, exits or passageways. Errors are effectively avoided: Two lenses create a 3-D image, which ensures that a distinction can be made between individuals. It is even possible to determine the height of the passers-by.
  • Vehicle Structure Data refers to a bivariate table formed by extracting the vehicle information, like licence plate number, vehicle color, model, brand, sub-brand, and is used for vehicle information retrieval.
  • The search by human body picture feature enables the system to use a provided human body picture to find matching images and information in recorded footage.

Hikvision AcuSense Technology

Hikvision AcuSense Technology

AcuSense technology is based on Hikvision’s Deep Learning algorithm, which first started to appear in IP products last year. Deep Learning algorithms are much deeper programming compared to conventional intelligent algorithms, which only operate on the surface level. These perform feature learning, providing astonishingly accurate and consistent video content analytics (VCA) performance.

AcuSense is able to extract human body and vehicle from a massive amount of objects. Not only can it detect human and vehicle intrusion, but it can also filter out false alarms that would have triggered by non-threatening moving objects.

The technology also brings a powerful and quick target search function that is capable of analysing recordings and picking out all human or vehicle images which link to the related video clip. This means that users are able to quickly search for a target, for example, as the system is able to extract human and vehicle information from the feed. These exciting features make the DVR more powerful and reliable than ever before.

Hikvision ColorVu Cameras

Hikvision ColorVu Cameras

Cameras equipped with Hikvision ColorVu Technology extend and enhance surveillance capabilities into the dark, lifting the cover of night to capture vivid chromatic images. Their powerful ability to capture details in low lighting comes from two specific breakthroughs in hardware technologies: advanced lenses and high-sensitivity sensors. In contrast to conventional lenses, ColorVu lenses are equipped with a super-aperture, reaching up to F1.0, which allows more light to enter the lens so that imaging brightness can be increased.

ColorVu Camera lenses also feature Broad-Band Anti-Reflection (BBAR) Coating and Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) Optical glass, to reduce light flare, efficiently reproduce an image’s sharpness, and colour saturation. The ColorVu Cameras’ high-sensitivity is designed for surveillance applications where high resolution colour images are required even in ultra-low light environments.

Hikvision ColorVu Cameras sensors demonstrate an extraordinary photovoltaic conversion efficiency. They employ an advanced sensor technology – a new light-collection structure that vastly improves the utilisation of light. At the same time, their self-adapting 3D DNR algorithm on ISP guarantees high imaging quality.

The cameras are equipped with warm supplemental light, so when there is no light source whatsoever – even starlight or street lights – they can guarantee colourful imaging. This feature provides environmentally friendly, soft, warm lighting, reducing any harsh discolouration of the object being illuminated.

As a result, Hikvision ColorVu Cameras provide bright colour video images 24/7 in low illumination conditions. They excel at capturing vivid chromatic images in a multitude of application scenarios - everywhere colour information is particularly important.
