Unlike as in the classic offline monitor systems the data is not collected and read out at the end of a round/layer, but each collection a control body is sent using GPRS / GSM data transfer directly to an alarm monitoring software and evaluated "in real time". With the Datix2App CSS offers a multi-purpose app for NFC-enabled Android smartphones. In conjunction with the Datix Suite application software (as a Cloud Service (SaaS) or as a locally installed license), you get an easy-to-use solution for time tracking and presence control of mobile workers, tour monitoring, event logging, and single workstation monitoring.
Functionality
In principle, the Datix2App requires the installation of control points in locations to be inspected by your employees. The checkpoints have a unique ID, which is recorded by the staff during the tours with a smartphone. The stored information is transmitted directly to the Datix Suite database via GPRS transmission for later production of time and location reports. In the event of an alarm or event, an acoustic signal sounds in the real-time monitor to immediately initiate help or countermeasures.
Multimedia function
Events and activities which have to be logged during a tour can be recorded in a simple way. Information such as a description of the events, a comment on the recorded photo can be entered in an event mask. With the signature function, the acknowledgment is acknowledged.
