The following prices have been set per square metre of floor space:

The upper floor of a two-storey stand will be charged at 50 % of the rent for the accessible groundfloor surface. The two-storey stands will only be permitted in agreement with the Fair Management and the Department of Building of the City of Essen. Due to different clearence heights it is not possible in every hall.
Minimum stand space: 12 sq.m
A contribution of EUR 0,60 per sq.m. of space is charged for the German Council of Trade Fairs and Exhibitions (AUMA).
